Bodycam footage captured New York officers climbing the terrifying tip of the tower and taking 32-year-old Ivan Kuznetsov and 33-year-old Angelina Nikolau into custody. The pair allegedly unfurled a banner reading, "When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace", before the apparent proposal. Both have been charged with multiple offences, including burglary, reckless endangerment, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
