Hack I learned if you need softened cream cheese, place the package in a bowl of warm or hot water for about 10 minutes then come back and flip it for a couple more minutes if need be!

Yes!!! I add 1 block cream cheese and shredded parm along with bouillon and heavy cream. This alfredo taste just like Olive Garden if I had to describe it. Its so good. That cream cheese really adds to the sauce
