@vee.def: We once had a conversation about how I had 5 surgeries and countless hospital visits over the span of 6 years as a kid on a rare cyst in my neck with the 5th being in a different province, a horrible 53 hour labour with my daughter where I had to stay in the hospital for 6 days after, gallstone attacks that landed me in emerg and getting my gallbladder removed, having severe cervical lesions where I had to have a procedure to burn and cut part of my cervix away - all things that not too long ago would have killed me- all for me to get diagnosed with a “paediatric cancer” 2 weeks before my 35th birthday that had metastasized to my lungs and took half my leg away. My daughter said “mom that’s like some final destination sh!t - like you were supposed to die and the universe kept trying until it finally got you” 🤣🤣🤣 I loved that analogy because it’s hilarious and so true lmao cause really wtf 😭 I could very well beat and walk away from this and I hope I do! It’s just crazy and funny to me that I fought an illness as a child for years and ended up getting a kid’s cancer at 34 #cancersucks #cancerfighter #ewingsarcoma
