@joexfitness: ⇩ Full Recipe 🌶️ ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 41g Carbs: 97g Fat: 14g Calories: 594 Ingredients per 2 servings: [Sauce] - 4 tbsp gochugaru - 4 tbsp gochujang - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tsp black pepper - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener brown sugar [In The Pan] - 6 oz Korean rice cake - 5 oz fish cake - 8 napa cabbage leaves - 6 green onions - 2.5 cups water - 7.5 oz chicken breast, raw - salt and pepper to taste - 2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp black pepper - 2 tsp sesame seeds How to make it yourself: 1. Chop your green onion and napa cabbage into 2 inch pieces. 2. In a bowl, combine gochugaru, gochujang, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, minced garlic, and monk fruit sweetener and mix well to make your paste. 3. In a large pan on medium heat, and pour in your water. 4. Once it reaches a boil, add in your paste. 5. Cut up your fish cakes and add it in along with your rice cakes into the pan. 6. Add in your green onions and napa cabbage and stir. 7. Cook until the sauce thickens and the rice cakes becomes soft and chewy. 8. In a pan on medium heat coated with spray oil, season your chicken breast with salt to taste and grill until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. 9. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper and slice into small pieces. 10. Take half of the tteokbokki and place it in a meal prep container. Place half of your chicken on top. Top it off with half of your sesame seeds.
