I respect the fact that she took responsibility for her actions, explained her ‘why’, listened and acknowledged Caleb was right to feel the way he did, and apologised afterwards. Her feeling of embarrassment was very evident on her face and in her voice, unlike some that said “I did what I did, said what I said” and “I can only apologise so many times” etc— no genuine remorse.
