Ive been a practitioner for 35 years. I have very many friends all over the world, who are also experienced practitioners. We do watch this app sometimes as there are some wonderful pieces of wisdom, funny rhetoric and creative practices that we love. Many of us move and work in silence, and there are many of us. To see practitioners squabbling like they are in an 80s high-school movie, or like they are in a bad soap opera. Most of us dont behave this way. I can call on my fellow practitioners any time for support, I know they will be there, as I would for them. Some of the behaviour I have seen here, should be beneath us as practitioners. Its a shame to think that maybe some people would think this is how we conduct ourselves as a whole. Thank you for calling it out, and being always authentic. Respect. 🥰

I think WitchTok would benefit from a collective summer vacation. I propose we shut it down until after Labor Day. Everyone go outside, eat a hot dog, watch a movie, read a book, and generally find something else to do for a bit. Then we can reconvene and maybe there will actually be something interesting to discuss.

its true. i observe the community, for observational purposes only. its toxic out there gurl. but only really if you camp in the comment section, i like listening to people's experiences, especially spiritual experiences,casting results, stories of castings gone wrong, some times i even like to watch a cord cutting ritual timelaps just to divinate the candles myself, for practice if you like. but i keep it scrolling and that is away less toxic way of dealing with the deffinate toxicity that floats about in the surface
