Add 1 diced onion, 1 bell pepper, 3 celery stalks & 4 garlic cloves. Stir in 2 Tbsp tomato paste. Add 1 (14.5 oz) can diced Roma tomatoes, 5 cups chicken broth, 2½ cups long-grain rice, 2 bay leaves & ¼ cup red wine (optional). Season with: 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp black pepper, ½–1 tsp cayenne & salt to taste. Bring to a boil, cover & simmer 20–25 min. Rest 10 min, fluff & serve. ✨ I finished mine with imitation crab, but shrimp, crawfish, or chicken are delicious additions too!
