The ultimate comfort fakeaway 😍 seasoned chicken breast, a herby stuffing patty, melty cheese, and garlicky mayo all stuffed in a brioche bun, finished with hot gravy and a sprinkle of crispy onions. 2 x 110g chicken breasts flattened  ½ tsp paprika  ½ tsp garlic granules  ½ tsp dried thyme  Pinch of salt  Pinch of black pepper  Pinch of white pepper  60g dried sage and onion stuffing mix
150ml boiling water  20g chicken gravy granules  200ml hot water (or to your liking)  2 brioche buns  1 reduced fat cheese slice halved  25g garlic mayo  2 sprigs of fresh parsley chopped (optional)
1 ½ tsp crispy onions  💕In a bowl mix together the dried stuffing and hot water. Stir, then leave to stand for 5 minutes until cool enough to handle.
 💕Shape into patties. If they feel too soft, chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes first. Set to one side.  💕Pat the chicken breasts dry before seasoning with the paprika, garlic granules, and thyme along with the salt and peppers.  💕Air fry at 185 degrees for 15 minutes.  💕Add the stuffing patties in when there is 10 minutes remaining.  💕Next, make the gravy and toast the brioche buns.  💕When there is 2 minutes left on the chicken, add the halved cheese and return to finish off cooking.  💕Spread the garlic mayo on the bases, and then add the chicken. 💕Top with the stuffing patty before spooning over the hot gravy.  💕Scatter the fresh parsley and crispy onions before capping with the bun lids. Serve with any leftover gravy for dunking.
