It was not always the rich vs poor more specifically the powerful vs the weak. Note: Britain was not a rich country but they had military. The British took their resources and riches not only from African countries, Asia and the Pacific countries and the Middle East but also European countries. Hence, why they became one of the most powerful countries in the world as of today. Here in Fiji we have Indian descendants whom their ancestors were brought over by the British with a promise of a better life but we're taken to cane farms as "indentured laborers"(a word taught in school to make it sound less serious or complicated) but actually they were slaves for the British people because the locals(indigenous people) were lazy according to researchers which kind of saved indigenous people from the British "slave masters".👀😶

Uhm maybe I'm misunderstanding but are people actually being mad at white people for slavery towards people in the past. This doesn't seem like an issue. Isn't the bigger issue be on modern day slavery?
