Okay, if… the cops really wanted to know this man’s name without infringing on this man’s 4th Amendment rights (kind of) the cop should know he can ‘investigate’ by checking out the license plate (but that’s unlawful unless there is probable cause) And go further by also finding DL-drivers license attached to the car’s plate that will have photo ID. But cops have not figured that out yet. 🤷♀️
