Slice the hotdog thin pan fry it then put it on your toasted sourdough with mayo or mustard some lettuce, tomato, and onion. It’s a good sandwich , especially when you’re broke.

sour dough rolled flat fresh beef mince cheese union your choice of spices prep the mince get it nice and brown. add the other ingredients place on sour dough fold close and bake for 40 min at 180c enjoy

In Italy they put it on pizza. They also make a roll with it in there like a pig in a blanket. French fries too on both :)
