pigs should not be able to do that, they should need another form of PC like seeing the weed themselves, the person admitting to it, or like smoke pouring out of the car when the window rolls down or the should need a dog to alert to scent alone but they shouldn't be able to walk up to a car and just say I smell weed and just automatically be allowed to search because this same shit happened to me and I knew he was lying because I hadn't smoked weed in my car in over a month and aired tf out of it so I knew there was no way he smelled weed but all they have to say is I smell weed and that gives them the right to tear apart your vehicle 😑 FTP
