Brick and stone will last for centuries. I grew up in a farmhouse built in 1753. These kind of foam house would be great for emergency housing.

Because of the shape, it is also Tornado Proof.. nowhere for the tornado to grip, unlike squarish structures with overhanging roofs and/or house extensions.

50 years, in ideal conditions.So in everyday real world conditions about 20/25 years. Would be ideal for shortterm emergency accommodation in a disasters zone given time for rebuilding or for refugee accomadation fleeing a war zone.
