Depende kasi yan. Pag lumaki ang pamilya sa pagtatayo at pagmanage ng business okay yan na kapartner lalo na kung may mga existing and successful business din sila. Pero pag nagsisimula ka pa lang mag business let’s say you are the first one to build a business na hindi biro ang capital then the rest of your family were used to earn money through corporate jobs at bigla mong maging kapartner sa business that could be the downfall. Like me nagbusiness ako wayback 2022 ng mga cosmetics I hired my youngest sister to operate my business kasi mahilig siya sa mga cosmetics and she could be the speaker of my business and I promised her a salary and even a cut of every purchases pero ang nangyari naging tamad pa lalo siya pa nagagalit kasi ayaw niyang magbenta kapag may nag-inquire so ang nangyari natigil with all the inventories na stock lang I can attest that hiring a family member with no experiences in business is a bad idea. Nagtayo ako ng servicing business now at naghire ako ng ibang tao na dedicated din sa kanilang trabaho my business is really doing well. Maraming nagtatanong bakit di ko daw kunin ang kapatid ko since she has the capabilities and I offered it to her again pero ayaw niya pa rin. With that idea is a no for me if your family don’t have any experiences about business.
