I love these. Got a pair to help me through TKR recovery. I use them everyday, over and over with my other icing items. These works best as they wrap around the whole knee.

These are better than regular ice wraps, but I was hoping I could wear while working. Outdoor labor, nope. Still definitely recommend. 57, knees shot, horses still need me. 😏✌️

Yeah not hours. CAP. But it does well for the time that it does. Keeps cold very well and definitely give temporary relief.

i.just got this 3 weeks ago. it has helped with my inflammation in my knee replacement coming up. however after a week.of use it slides down not staying in place. even though I use it after a long day laying down
