I work at a urogyn. For our patients, we usually recommend Azo for the burning. D-mannose also for patients that tend to get E.coli

I really hope they try to find some type of study or something for UTIs . I just want a life without constant worry of an infection.

I get them almost every month and take antibiotics every other month and usually in the hospital every 6 months from fucking uti’s. I take d-mannose but doesn’t work for me idk why AND all I drink is fucking water and still get them. I’ve just accepted this is it 🙄 sending positive vibes those pills work for you!

Contact Emas Herbs in Ventura. Speak to Sara and see if she will do a phone call with you. Maybe even reflexology but that may depend on different variables. They may have a tea to support you. 🩵 They are very knowledgeable in holistic and herbal remedies. May be a good avenue since it’s not a constant antibiotic. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you think you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI), it’s important to know that natural remedies may help relieve symptoms or support recovery, but they usually do not cure a bacterial UTI. Untreated UTIs can sometimes spread to the kidneys. Some commonly used natural approaches include: Drink plenty of water to help flush bacteria from the urinary tract. Urinate frequently and don’t hold it in. Cranberry products (juice or supplements) may help prevent some recurrent UTIs, though evidence is mixed and they are less effective for treating an active infection. D-mannose, a natural sugar supplement, may help prevent recurrent UTIs caused by certain bacteria, but research is still evolving. Probiotics (especially Lactobacillus strains) may support healthy vaginal and urinary tract bacteria and help reduce recurrence. Avoid bladder irritants if symptoms are bothersome, such as alcohol, caffeine, and very spicy foods. A heating pad on the lower abdomen can help relieve discomfort. You should seek medical care promptly if you have: Fever or chills Back or side pain Nausea or vomiting Blood in the urine Pregnancy Symptoms lasting more than a day or two Frequent recurrent UTIs
