I have been on HRT since Oct 2025. I will be 49 on 4th of July and am officially in menopause without a period for 13 months. I’m on an estradiol patch, progesterone, & bioidentical testosterone troches that go under tongue. It’s made a huge difference in my hot flashes/night sweats!!!

Years ago did pellets, worked great but now on Evamist ( Estrogen) and compounded testosterone

My on/gyn put me on the Depo shot. It stopped the side effects of perimenopause.

I’m in full blown menopause and hrt for me won’t work since I’m a smoker 🍃 & my gyn 5yrs ago when i got my diagnosis said that since im a smoker 💨 it’s not good for the heart (could cause a heart attack) is what she told me 🤷🏽♀️so I’ve been raw dawging it too 😩

Def look into it. I’ve been on hrt for about 5yrs… def HELPED ALOT! I do the pills tho.. didn’t want to pay for the pellets 😝

Are you taking Mary Ruth’s liquid iron I’m highly anemic and iron pills don’t absorb the liquid has helped me to stay healthy ❤️the pellets helped my sister and my niece!
