There are plenty of Sjogrens sufferers that are sero-negative. I’m one of them. Your information is misleading and will result in many people going undiagnosed if a diagnosis is solely based on SSA or SSB.

I only had the blood test and tested positive for antibodies. That’s how I was diagnosed with Sjorgrens.

For years my test showed I was positive for sjogrenes. It even showed I had it as a primary. Now I have a new dr and my blood test are saying normal and he's trying to tell me I have fibromiagla.

My understanding is that a positive lip biopsy . But on the flip side , if it doesn't show as positive it does not rule out Sjogren's ?
