I don’t get it. How is the grandmother the “ring leader” if the mom (Elizabeth) left the state at 15 w/ 3 kids already and is away from the grandmom for YEARS and in those years Elizabeth was already having so many children. Doesn’t make sense that she’s the ring leader.
