People need to recognise wat a stray and someone's outdoor cat looks like! This cat had a collar and a tracker so not a stray and just needs medical help and released bak to owners

This is why I recommend breakaway collars, not letting your cat outside (unless in a catio *supervised*), and microchipping. A least an owner could have been contacted if taken to the vet and scanned for a chip 🙃
