@_nveu: The largest clock in the world is not just an ordinary clock, but a massive landmark overlooking Mecca. It is located on top of a huge tower in the Abraj Al Bait complex, and its face can be seen from very long distances. It was designed to be an architectural and religious symbol seen by millions of visitors every year. The diameter of the clock face is about 43 meters, a huge size that makes it larger than many famous clocks around the world. Each side of the tower carries a giant clock, so they can be seen from different parts of the city. As for the hands and numerals, they are designed with strong lighting that works at night to remain clear in the sky.

Sauté aromatics: Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. 4. Add potatoes and carrots: Add the potatoes and carrots to the skillet. Stir to combine. 5. Season and simmer: Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add about 1/2 cup of water and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 6. Thicken the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water to form a slurry. Pour the slurry into the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens slightly. 7. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with rice. Tips and Variations: - For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of chili garlic sauce. - You can substitute other vegetables, such as bell peppers or peas. - If you prefer a richer sauce, you can add a tablespoon of brown sugar or honey. - For a thicker sauce, use more cornstarch. - Feel free to adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce to your liking.
