@cakesby_annamaria: 🌷 Edible Lace Ingredients: 220g white chocolate 18g gelatine powder 70g water Oil based colour Method: Bloom gelatine with water. Melt chocolate. Melt the gelatine mix and add desired amount of colour in my case I used titanium dioxide in the chocolate Combine melted chocolate and melted gelatine together and mix until fully incorporated. Use a piping bag or simply pour straight on the silicone lace mat Use a long scraper to scrape excess off Pick up the excess and reuse by melting it in the microwave again in 5 seconds bursts Work very fast as the mixture will harden very quickly When lace has set put parchment paper on top and flip mat over to peel off Peel off gently and let air dry for a few hours Store in a airtight container or use when easy to manage Notes: I’ve used some titanium dioxide but that’s optional as some countries aren’t allowed to use it. Just use oil based gel colours only. If mixture starts getting harder to pour or in while mixing simply reheat for a few seconds.
