It’s a trap. Why would executives, major shareholders would want share profits and success. It’s more about getting US to invest with taxpayer’s funds and if any thing goes wrong the taxpayers are responsible and having to pick up the tabs. There needs to be to be strong laws about AI and who’s responsible and consequences if SHTF.
