i just got tested and results come back monday, if i don’t have it im petrified bc all my symptoms line up with these and i don’t have celiac, crohns, IBD, and i had prior IBS but it’s gotten so much worse 🤧🤧

so happy for you,im currently on a 6 week meal plan, no wheat or dairy, waiting for stool tests and on very high level supplements to get my body rid of bacteria, fingers crossed, do you mind me asking how you done it?

currently going through this now. for the past year I've been suffering so bad to the point I don't I barely leave my house. I am missing out on having my grandchildren stay with me because I get so sick. it has taken over my life. I'm only 55 and I feel like I will never be well again. test after test. my Dr has just told me to try this diet with no guidance just told me to Google it. omg I looked at it and so overwhelmed I just cried. I just want to crawl under a rock.
