@stalkers.canada: Steve Phillip Gilbert Collins of Calgary, Alberta, has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the overdose death of a 16-year-old girl. The 40-year-old was arrested following a Calgary police investigation. Police allege the teen met Collins in downtown Calgary on Nov. 27, 2025, before going to his northeast Calgary home, where drugs were consumed. Collins called 911, but the 16-year-old could not be revived. An autopsy later determined she died from carfentanil toxicity, a highly potent synthetic opioid. After consulting with Crown prosecutors, investigators charged Collins with one count of manslaughter.
