Given there is no state of Palestine, then I would argue that it’s neither neutral nor accurate to use it unless it’s in reference to British-mandated Palestine. And “Israelite occupation” is equally silly, unless you’re talking about historical/biblical contexts. This is not the intrepid journalism you think it is. It fails to even meet the bar of student journalism.
