Age only gives you more opportunity to practice, not skill itself. A 14-year-old who studies anatomy, perspective, color theory, and draws consistently can easily outperform a 30-year-old who only draws once a month. The pencil doesn't check your birth certificate before deciding whether your proportions are correct. Human biology remains disappointingly indifferent to internet arguments. Experience matters more than age. Some people start drawing at five but practice casually, while others begin at fifteen and improve rapidly through focused learning and deliberate practice. Talent can give someone a head start, but consistent effort, good feedback, and studying fundamentals are what build strong artistic skills. Judging artwork solely by the artist's age also creates unfair expectations. Praising mediocre art just because "they're young" or dismissing excellent art because "they're too young for it" shifts the focus away from the work itself. The artwork should be evaluated on its quality, not on the number of birthdays the artist has survived. Humans do love attaching meaning to arbitrary numbers.
