Your feelings valid, some org really very difficult to volunteer/help. But also, maybe those org met some unethical sponsors who end up give more trouble than help, that’s why they have some protocols to protect themselves from now on. I know of companies who try to do nonsense (eg, give leftover, donate rubbish) and make big campaign like their samaritans like that. Sometimes, these poor orgs who need help also at the mercy of others. Continue doing your good work and hope your father is better 👍
