I bought these, the metal is unbelievably cheap! The hook straightened right out with a very light pull. Useless for anything important.

As a former Boy Scout 35 years ago, that is, I can still tie several different knots efficiently. And I tie crap down on my truck every single day, some with ropes some with ratchet straps. These could have a place, it’s just hilarious. how many people are triggered over it though. It’s not like you’re gonna be using these to tie bobcat down on an equipment trailer lol

I find reusing bailing twine is more effective. And if you don’t have animals to feed, ask someone who does they’ll have more bailing twine than they know what to do with and will be happy to give you as much as you can take. And it’s free.
