Airfryer Garlic & Chilli Beef Kebabs 🔥 So easy to make in the air fryer and perfect for a quick family dinner or weekend fakeaway. I used my Bored of Lunch Goes on Everything seasoning that’s available to buy in Tesco Ireland, Spar Northern Ireland and Amazon. If you don’t have it feel free to add all your favourite herbs and spices to the beef like onion powder, cumin and paprika. Ingredients: 600g beef mince 1 tsp olive oil 6 large flour tortillas 1 red pepper, finely diced ½ red onion, finely diced 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp Bored of Lunch Goes on Everything Seasoning or your favourite seasoning 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tsp paprika Salt & black pepper Handful of fresh parsley, chopped Garlic chilli butter: 25g low-fat butter, melted 1 tsp chilli oil 2–3 garlic cloves, crushed Fresh parsley, chopped To serve (optional): Lemon wedges Method: 1. Add the beef mince, olive oil, red pepper, onion, garlic, seasonings and parsley to a large bowl. Mix until well combined. 2. Cut the tortillas into squares. Spread the beef mixture over 5 tortillas, leaving 1 plain. Stack them with the plain tortilla on top, then cut into 3 pieces. Turn each piece onto its side and push a skewer through the layers. 3. Air fry at 180°C for 22-25 minutes, turning halfway through. Meanwhile, mix together the melted butter, chilli oil, garlic and parsley. 4.
