I went yesterday to Vesper and unfortunately the meal was so bland I was left speechless. The dips for the crisps tasted of weak onion and was overpoweringly salty. The crisps themselves had little to no vinegar on and a random overcooked chip was in the dish. We ordered a 800g beef rib which was not only cut against the grain and was chewy but was also overcooked. We were not asked how we wanted the steak cooked either which was a huge red flag. Save your money Guys. 3/10
