Screw that dog. Control your damn animals! H uman safety is more important and this was clearly self-defense. How is a delivery driver supposed to know a good dog from a bad dog? At the end of the day they are animals with animal instincts. To be fired over this is ridiculous. The driver should have stepped away? Why, so he can be chased? I hope the UPS guy gets his job back.

Eventually the driver will get his job back unless the case goes to an Arbitrator. They usually side with the Company.
