Minnesota does not have 9 months of cold. and that tax limit is for people who make over 108,000 a year... also we have some of the best health care for people of that age range.

Meh so few people in California pay anywhere near that percentage of income tax and when you retire you generally have much less income to tax. It’s services, convenience and beauty make up for it
