Speaking as a dentist, the worst thing you can do is wait for tooth pain. Once It hurts, the damage is aiready done. You want to act when your teeth just feel a bit rough or uneven. I did a little digging on this. The sorbitol in Kugig is mostly for tooth sensitivity, but it actually contains Hydroxyapatite too! That's the ingredient that really strengthens and repairs enamel, and adds way more benefits overall.
