My son is a heavier kid, I only buy a few snacks and mostly fruit. Put him in football and he plays 3-4x a week my baby sliming down. He is also getting taller but the snacks and no outside play last summer put that weight in my baby fr.

Kids will literally eat because they are bored! You gotta manage them. My children get three meals a day and two snacks. And yes they are outside playing running everything off.

Yea naw I still tell my son he can’t have it. Healthier options or not, I said no. He will literally(AND HE HAS) eat a whole box of pizza to HIMSELF, and three hours later say he’s hungry. He will be 4 in August.

Don’t buy stuff you don’t want them to eat. But healthy option. Me and my baby on a weight lost journey right now. & I take her to the store with me. We buy healthy alternatives. Buying hella unhealthy stuff and then saying now don’t eat it is insane. lol. You won’t have to lock it then.

my mom never locked nun up 😭 we were all behaved enough to not go overboard and if we did with certain items (nuggets, fries) then we just be out til the first 🤷🏾♀️. it was 5 of us and we didn’t go wild
