41 years in the same business. Management, high stress, phone constantly ringing, I tracked one day, 40 calls, incoming not counting the calls I made. I retired at 61 and now I am 63 and still cannot find my happy place. I still find myself making a schedule for my house choirs and what I have to get done daily. It feels like I am slipping into depression, unsure of what to do next. Good luck on your new journey.

I was just laid off in March from working high stress manager position for same 30 years and kinda of going through all emotions and just trying to finger out what do pivot too next. I have been sleeping a lot but feel my body needs it to regroup. Your message just resonated with me and feel less alone. I will get it together and get on my retirement path soon.
