Dinner 🍤 Pancit Bihon with Shrimp & Veggies Ingredients: 6 oz bihon (rice stick) noodles • 8–10 shrimp (peeled) • 2 cups shredded green cabbage • 1 medium carrot (matchsticks) • 1/2 onion (sliced) • 2 garlic cloves (minced) • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp neutral oil • lemon or calamansi wedges Instructions: Soak bihon in warm water 10 min; drain. Stir-fry onion and garlic in oil 1 min; add shrimp and cook just pink. Add cabbage and carrot; toss 2–3 min. Add noodles and soy; toss until coated and tender. Finish with lemon/calamansi.
