niacinamide is the most studied ingredients in the skincare industry. thats why its widely used in skincare. every skincare has their own formula, percentage of ingredients and percentage of purity of each ingredients. so yes ! a lot of people assume they cant used niacinamide but actually its the formula / percentage thats not suitable for their skin tolerance/condition.
