It is a web of forces feeding into one another — the biological toll of stress and anxiety, the environment that shapes what you believe is possible, the people you speak with daily, and the resources within your reach. All of it holding a man in place. So how does one get out? First — awareness. One cannot escape a cage one refuses to see. Second — education. Not necessarily a degree. A trade school. A class through your work. A free course at the library. A single book on a skill you can practise and apply. Anything that opens better income streams. Third — for young people especially — temporary exits from the ecosystem. Sport. Clubs. Summer programmes. Mentorship. These change a young mind's understanding of what is possible.
