peroxide comes in different concentrations. to much is very bad for you. I use 10ml of 30% in 1 Lt Water to clean shower pipes. White bubbles is indication of it working. Drinking or gargling is 2 drops per 500ml per day for certain conditions only. please do research first. Peroxide is wonderfully externally in correct dosages.

I rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth with peroxide. Kills and bacteria infected teeth etc. plus it whitens teeth. I do this like once every 2-3 weeks
