this took my hair more than 2 shades lighter but you have to be patient as well as use the shampoo. invest in their blue shampoo if you're going brunette to blonde to cancel the orange/brass as it turns blonder then purple.

Yeah, but when it’s not summer and you’re not gonna be outside a lot and there’s no sun when your hair grows out it looks so bad because my friend used to do the same thing in the back of her head looked crazy

Never used this product - but it sounds like sun in and if she’s been using it for fifteen years ? It’s definitely the result of using this product. It doesn’t look toned to me , so it’s probably legitimate , but using it for a few months on dark hair isn’t going to get you the same result.

Beautiful but you are naturally blonde so it makes it easier to transition but brunette is ill not work.
