better yet, twice now I've gotten invited to do interviews and those interviews were speaking to a camera... and that's it. they had questions you were supposed to answer you got three attempts and they were timed and if you didn't get what you wanted out in those three attempts or you stumbled over your words screw it. no people to talk to no visual or audio feedback from those people yeah, interviewing to a camera and that's it

I can attest 99% of the jobs have made me take one of those stupid personality tests then they send you a generic letter. Or they make you fill shit out. I no longer go to off sites. If I can’t apply on indeed then I don’t do it

nine times out of 10. I did not get any kind of reply after submitting a resume ever. And I submitted 800 the last time I was unemployed. I ended up getting a job from going on CNN!

I have over 25 years of experience with automotive parts and got rejected from a parts desk job because my experience wasn't what they were looking for. I'm sorry, what? My PARTS experience isn't what's needed for a PARTS job?

I will neverrrrr manually fill out an application with information that’s on my resume in order to apply for a job. NO job is worth that hassle. And when I was job searching years ago it always seemed to be the lowest paying ones that would ask for all the trouble too

15 years of high level management experience, BA in Organizational leadership, was owner operator of two businesses, and ran 13 call centers around the world. Even with resumes designed around the job posting along with a cover letter, I can't even get an interview for entry level jobs let alone something I'm not way over qualified for. Reaching out to them for feedback the only reply I ever got was saying that the job is highly sought after so they only interview the best fit...it was for a job where the only requirement was a high school diploma.
