@drwendy_physicaltherapy: When the world feels too much, rest. When you’re tired, rest. Rest and recovery are important for healing. Ladies, you can’t heal if you don’t have adequate sleep. Sometimes we need to regulate our nervous system and touch grass. My new favorite thing is the PEMF Mat by @HigherDOSE and I don’t know what kind of magic is in it, but it feels so calming. Be good to you. You deserve rest.

It reminds me of our nap mats back in school. We fought so hard not to take one but then we were knocked the hell out and then didn’t want to get up! lol
