I fear the hotels bring most of their things in on horses that are more mistreated than commercial horses. Unlike the western world, wealth gaps make it harder for those horses to be treated up to standard. It better to invest money into those horses do they can get better treatment (weather that be donating to their vet charities, or riding the horses for short distances with light loads)
