I’ve been at my job for over 4 years. A customer called saying the website payment form doesn’t have an “add new card number” button. We don’t store card details and she just couldn’t understand and telling we are an incompetent organisation who don’t listen and she “can’t be the only one who’s had this issue!”. You are, you are the only person who’s ever had this issue😭🤦♂️
