It happens to my son a lot this time of year. Vaseline or petroleum based jelly in the nostrils helps. Doesn’t take much.

This still happens to me to this day. One thing I was told to do that actually helped - use water-based lubricant jelly in the nostril. Ik It sounds crazy but it actually helped prevent the bleeds from happening as often💀🤣

Dryness from air conditioner, Louisiana allergies are killer right now. Take some allergy medicine and see if that helps. Do some nasal spray before you go to bed 🫶🏼🫶🏼 hope that helps.
