Very few know where it actually ends up. 💷 On the average UK salary of £39,000, you'll pay around £7,400 a year in Income Tax and National Insurance. 🏥 The biggest share goes to welfare (£1,576), followed closely by the NHS (£1,547). Then comes state pensions (£881) and education (£762). 😬 But here's the figure that surprises most people.
