As a Lead Project Manager at DBS, he is responsible for designing and building spaces including our branches.His latest project was the relocation of the Harbourfront branch where every decision was made with people in mind. When customers can move through the space comfortably and conversations happen smoothly, that's when James knows the team got it right.
