I spent 40 US dollars on a durian, and it was rotten when I got home. Shockingly, Sam’s Club staff refused to believe the fruit had gone bad and insisted I drive all the way back to the store to process a refund. I uploaded all photos of the spoiled durian to your official Sam’s Club app, but they still would not take my word for it. Members of your complaints team argued with me over the phone without offering any apology. To this day, I have received neither an apology nor any follow-up update. There are no viable complaint channels for me to resolve this issue in China, and I am extremely upset. Is this really how Sam’s Club treats its paying customers?

@Sam’s Club - Why are you not paying your Ice Mountain water bills that’s why they suspended your service. This is literally what I was told by @IceMountainOfficial .
