@pyt.rane: I don’t usually record moments like this, but something told me to today. Maybe someone out there has been thinking about praying with their child and just needed a little encouragement. 🤍 One thing I never want to stop doing is praying with my baby. It’s something my mom started with us, and one me and my sisters grew up on. Now I get to pass that down to my son. He’s only 2, so of course he doesn’t sit still the whole time or pay attention to every word, and that’s okay. He’s learning, and I know with time it’ll become something that’s normal to him. Truthfully, I’m still learning too. I’m not the best at praying, and I don’t always know the right words to say. But we’re growing together, and I believe God honors a willing heart more than perfect words. My prayer is that one day this becomes something he carries with him for the rest of his life and, Lord willing, passes down to his own family one day. 🙏🏽
